JIA Inc. Life and Living International (Taipei, Taiwan) - 2013 - present

• Built and led inhouse design team include industrial design, graphic design and photography.

• Responsible for product planning, product development and time management.

• Expanded and collaborated with a roster of third party designer , most notably Naoto Fukasawa and local new talents like Pili-Wu.

• Developed and directed products that won major design awards like iF Desgin Award, Good Design Award, Red Dot Design Award, Golden Pin Award, Wallpaper* Design of the Year etc. They were also beloved and selected by 5-Star Hotels, restaurants, airline, museums and other industry leaders.

• Working closely with quality control team and acting as bridge between sales team, design team and factories.

• Built working relationships with Taiwanese factories to kickstart the transition from Chinese vendors to local vendors.

BOCCI Design and Manufacture (Vancouver, Canada) - 2009 - 2013

• Working under the creative director’s vision to design and develop chandeliers, desk lamps, electrical accessories and graphic design.

• Working closely with creative director and communicated with engineer and factories in China.
